The Meridan Room

Studio acupuncture sessions take place in The Meridian Room—our shared, quiet treatment space designed for rest, efficiency, and consistency.

This model allows us to provide high-quality acupuncture care while supporting regular treatment schedules for pain, stress, sleep, hormonal balance, cosmetic support, and overall wellness.

Individual Treatment Suites

Our dedicated treatment rooms offer a more personalized setting for care that benefits from additional time, conversation, or a broader range of treatment modalities.

These quiet, enclosed spaces allow you and your acupuncturist to explore your health concerns in greater depth and create a treatment experience tailored more closely to your individual needs.

This setting also allows for advanced and specialty services that aren't ideally suited to a shared treatment environment, including fire cupping, advanced cosmetic acupuncture, microneedling, and other integrative therapies.

The Story Behind Meridian...

For Rachelle and Adam, Meridian Acupuncture is more than a business—it’s the continuation of a journey they began together nearly two decades ago.

Shortly after Rachelle graduated from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, the two traveled to Chengdu, China, where Rachelle completed a clinical internship at an East-West integrative hospital while Adam documented their experience through film and photography. Their time in China offered a firsthand look at a culture where Eastern and Western medicine could exist side by side—and where the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine were woven naturally into everyday health and life. It was an experience that would quietly shape what they hoped to create together one day.

Rachelle has practiced as an acupuncture physician since 2009, bringing years of clinical experience, curiosity, and a deep respect for the traditions of Chinese medicine. Adam's background in marketing, branding, and visual storytelling brought a complementary perspective: how to thoughtfully translate that medicine into an experience that feels approachable, relevant, and elevated for today's patient. Together, their different strengths became the foundation for Meridian.

In 2022, Rachelle and Adam took ownership of an established acupuncture clinic in Brentwood, Tennessee, expanding to Murfreesboro less than a year later. Today, Meridian is proudly a locally owned, family-run small business—one they are building together while raising their son here in Middle Tennessee.

For their family, Meridian represents something deeply personal: the opportunity to put down roots, invest in the communities they call home, and create the kind of healthcare experience they believe should exist—one that pairs clinical excellence with genuine human connection, honors the traditions of Chinese medicine, and makes those traditions relevant to the way people live today.

Rachelle continues to actively treat patients alongside the Meridian clinical team, while she and Adam remain closely involved in shaping the experience, services, and future of the practice. Their vision is to honor the medicine that inspired them from the beginning while continuing to evolve how it is experienced—rooted in tradition, elevated for today, and centered around the people and communities they serve.
